Each summer, we complement our fantastic returning staff with impressive new additions.  Here is a list of our main responsibility areas:

Counselors: Our college-age Counselors are responsible for ensuring the fun and success of each camper within their group.  Counselors remain with their particular group for the entire day. They are the role models for their campers, participating in every activity and making sure that all campers are engaged in the LakeView experience.

Specialists: Our Specialists are adults, teachers, coaches, experts and hobbyists who lead the LakeView activities and programs.  Specialists develop games, teach skills and inspire campers to love their activity area.  For a sample of potential Specialist positions, please review our “Activities – Overview” section of the website.

Division Leaders: Our Division Leaders are senior administrators who ensure the overall success of each camper during the summer.  This includes managing close relationships with campers, staff, parents and other members of the administrative team.

Swim and Waterfront: Our Swim and lakefront staff is responsible for the safety and instruction at our pools and lakefront.  Our staffs' certifications include American Red Cross, YMCA, CPR, WSI (Water Safety Instructor), Lifeguarding, CPO, Waterfront and more. For applicants with strong swimming and boating skills, we can provide training opportunities to obtain the appropriate certifications. Internationals: International staff add special flavor to our LakeView camp experience. Our young campers are fascinated by your interesting accents, new games and clever quirks. If you think you might be a good fit for LakeView, please contact us.
